Your purchase of any products or services offered on this site ("Products") is governed by these Terms of Supply. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Website use is governed by our Website Terms of Use, and your personal information is managed under our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Orders placed by phone, correspondence, or in person are subject to our standard terms for those methods, not these Terms of Supply.

We may update these Terms of Supply on the site, but changes will not affect orders already placed. The latest update was on 14th February 2020.

Supplier Information

Unless otherwise stated, Graduation Event supplies all Products. Our company details and ABN (85 663 717 404) are in the Website Terms of Use.

Product Information

We aim to display Products as accurately as possible. However, colors, patterns, and textures may vary due to screen differences.

Sizing is for guidance only. Contact us for special requirements or doubts before ordering.

Ordering and Availability

You can order via the site, email, or phone. After ordering, you'll receive an Order Confirmation with a reference number. This does not confirm acceptance; it signifies an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we may decline any order at our discretion.

Orders depend on stock availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you.

Accepted orders create a binding contract, obligating us to supply conforming goods.

Order Changes

To change an order, contact us promptly. While we strive to accommodate changes, constraints may apply. Administration fees may apply for changes, which we will notify you about.

Exchanges are not considered beyond 14 days after delivery. For overseas returns, ensure appropriate customs handling to avoid extra duties.

This does not affect your Cooling-off Period rights.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the specified address, with one address per order. PO Boxes are not always accepted.

Deliveries are via courier (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and someone must be available to sign for the delivery.

Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been made.

Hire Products

Hire Products are collected on the Ceremony day from your institution’s designated area. Keep the attached ticket for returns.

Standard hire returns must be made on the Ceremony day, unless extended hire is arranged (for an additional fee). Extended hire requires return within seven days via the provided postage-paid bag. Overdue returns incur charges.

You are liable for the full retail cost of lost, damaged, or unreturned items.

Cooling-off Period

You may cancel orders for purchased Products within 14 days after delivery (except personalized items). For hire Products, cancellation must occur before the Ceremony or within 14 days of the Order Confirmation, whichever is sooner. Refunds are provided per our Refunds Policy.

Returns (Purchased Products)

Return Products within 14 days of cancellation in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the items, less deductions for any damage or use.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for canceled orders during the Cooling-off Period. Delivery costs are refunded for undelivered items, but return costs are not reimbursed. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Faulty Products

Contact us immediately if a Product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Legal rights apply to faulty goods.

Photography Services

Studio Portraits: Individual and family portraits are available on Graduation Day.

Stage Photography: Graduates are photographed on stage during the ceremony.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders canceled more than 48 hours before the graduation day are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee. Delivery charges apply for pre-ordered items like frames and bears.
